Since the enactment of The Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal) Act 2013, it is imperative for organisations to make every employee aware of the correct behaviour norms at workplace.

Eframe Technical team designed a LMS embedded website for TCG-LS, consisting of POSH as a step to ensure workplace safety of women. The LMS also contained GJW, Code Of Conduct and Confidentiality derived from corporate values to create a secure work environment, which encourages more employee participation and increased involvement in work.

The LMS was interspersed with animation, illustrations, graphics & Audio Video content with interactive & comprehensive self-assessment. The content could be accessed online, every module was followed by an online evaluation with a list of Questions and Answers to check understanding.
