So a training module was designed by Eframe and a compulsory e-certification was embedded in the course. An MCQ based online assessment system was generated to make the practice more interactive and lively. The training emphasized topics that helped initiation into the organization smoothly, like Organisation overview, Demonstrable Behavior Legal Requirements, LTT(Lock, Tag, Try), Management EC, Technology Subtle Change, Personnel Change Management. It also covered specialised training on Risk Assessment, Accident Reporting, Contractor Safety, Electrical Safety, Emergency preparedness, PPE & Permit To Work.
